LUX BAKERY & CAFÉ CUSTOM ORDER POLICY
We know how important your custom order is to you - that's why we spend hours of our time and use only the best ingredients making sure things look and taste the best they can.
PAYMENT
Payment for all custom orders must be paid in full at least one week prior to pickup. If not paying in full when placing your order, we will take a credit card number to hold to cover the balance of the order. You will be charged no later than the scheduled pickup day. We are happy to call and remind you of your pickup.
PICKUPS
When placing your custom order, we will work with you to schedule the best pickup time. We use this agreed upon time in determining our baking and decorating schedules. Orders not picked up 48 hours after the scheduled pickup time will be discarded and no refund will be given.
REFUNDS
Because each custom order is just that - made especially for you - there are no refunds on any custom order. If you are not satisfied with your order and we, after given the opportunity, can't make the situation better, we would be happy to extend store credit for the non-consumed portion of the original order.
